Its radius hinge compatibility further enhances the installation process, allowing for fast and accurate installation of square, ¼" radius, or ⅝" radius hinge profiles.

The ⅛" (3.0mm) Steel End Plate ensures the jig can fit both the door and frame with minimal adjustment, while the 1" (25mm) Rail Depth allows the jig to be used against fixed door stops. For attachment, the jig can be secured using either included bradawls for speed or no.6 woodscrews for maximum stability. The tough carry bag provided with the jig stores pre-built jig sections, minimizing assembly time.

The adjustable edge guides of the jig accommodate hinges ranging from 1" to 2½" in size, with either four preset positions or custom widths for non-standard hinges.
