The 550 DRAG motor boasts a 4-POLE 12-SLOT design that delivers exceptional EFFICIENCY and produces LESS HEAT. The oversized gold-plated solder tabs ensure LESS RESISTANCE and facilitate easy soldering. This design delivers HIGHER PRECISION and MORE EFFICIENT startups, and the OPTIMIZED design eliminates the need for mechanical timing adjustments. The sensor alignment method automatically provides uniform timing and torque in both directions.

The REBUILDABLE design allows users to replace the front-end bell with bearings or the rotors with a shaft. The ROAR standard sensor port and labeled connections provide convenient accessibility. The motor features high-strength 180°C neodymium sintered magnets, high-quality temperature-stabilized sensors, and high-purity, high-temperature copper windings. The hardened stainless steel shaft, Kevlar-wrapped rotor, and high-RPM NMB oversized bearings contribute to the motor's durability and performance.

The 550 DRAG motor is recommended for use with up to 3S LiPo (11.1V) power sources. It boasts a Kv of 6500 and a maximum RPM of 75,000. The motor features strong N38AH neodymium magnets that are temperature-resistant up to 250°C. The high-temperature polyester wire, sourced from the American MWS brand, further enhances the motor's thermal resilience. The rotor is precisely balanced on a German Schenck balancing machine, ensuring accuracy within 1.6mg.
