Crafted with precision, the CNC-machined 7075 aluminum heat sink housing provides efficient thermal management. To further reduce heat loss, the motor features an internal titanium-magnesium alloy heat sink.

Ensuring smooth operation, the motor is equipped with NSK R2ZZ bearings – original imports from Japan. To maximize non-resistant input, the motor utilizes thicker gilding gold-plated copper windings. These American-standard high-purity copper windings also guarantee maximum conductivity.

The stator is electroplated to prevent aging and rusting, while the adjustable timing dual sensor port allows for precise control. Powered by an explosion-proof rotor made of NdFeB, the motor can reach TURBO speeds up to 80,000 RPM, with a 36mm full-size outside diameter that increases output power by 15%.
