Hobbys tar 540 Pro V3, 9.5T Mod Competition Brushless Sensored Motor

The HobbyStar 540 V3 series motors, the next generation of a championship-winning powerplant, continue to push the boundaries. New can and stator design maximizes cooling efficiency, while the V3 Spec-winds have shed an incredible 20g of weight, making it a full 40g lighter than the original, V1 design at only 140g.

With an all-new sensor board, stronger magnets in the rotor, lightened stators, and a beefed-up endplate, the HobbyStar 540 V3 series motors are engineered for peak performance. Gold-plated solder tabs and titanium-nitride coated aluminum bolts keep the motor together while maintaining a lightweight design. Available in Spec and MOD versions, as well as an all-new "ET" version optimized for drag-racing with a high-torque rotor and stator.

The 9.5T MOD model is designed for use with 1-2S LiPo batteries, with a maximum current rating of 70A. The motor features 2 rotor poles and delivers an IO (7.4V) of 3.1A, with a resistance of 0.0133 and 9.5 turns. Producing a remarkable 290 watts, the 13524.5mm rotor spins at a KV (RPM/Volt) of 4,200, weighing in at 160g with a 3.175mm shaft diameter.
